How insensitive would be to say congratulations?
After all the pain and suffering you've overcome, wouldn't it be a cruel joke to tell you that being here is a reason for congratulation? Well...of course it is a joke! Everything is a joke, isn't it? After all, why do we get ourselves into such situations that destroy us in more than one way? We put ourselves in the feet of the gladiators that back in the day didn't have an option but to throw their bodies into the arena. Instead we do it on purpose, by our own choice.

Of course it has to be a joke.

Oh but you have a reason for going through all this, right?! Glory? A prize? To prove yourself? There's art in each one of those reasons...yadda yadda yadda, here I come with the artistic view. How cliche coming from me, huh? But either you realize or not, you've left a trace of art behind you on the way here. It is ridiculous that you stand now in front of me with your bodies in the state they are, just to win this tournament. It is a ridiculous joke... a joke  that I am deeply thankful for. 

The least I can do is return the favor...

This time, no extensions will be granted. Any delay will be taken as a NO SHOW and no ligt multiplier will be awarded. 
Start early, manage your time and, most importantly, make your best effort, everyone! Remember, the more and better you use the arena, the higher your chances!
Keep in mind that it's a good idea to talk to your matchup partner to gain the most potentional fun and character knowledge about each other!

The doors open and you advance to get inside the arena…
A red carpet, the smell of roses all around, and pure white delicate sculptures wherever you rest your eyes upon, welcome you. It would be hard for you to believe you just walked inside the last round arena… or it would be if it wasn’t because you soon realized the carpet is not such thing and you’re starting to understand the origin of the sculptures  that surrounded you. The material they’re made of gives you a pretty good hint: Welcome to the flesh and bones arena.
 
The nature of your surroundings doesn’t make it any less beautiful, though. A grotesque art exhibition that invites you to stare… or even to become part of it.
Delicate pillars, monstrous giant flowers, and delicate spiderweb-like structures that extend from the ground to the top rows of the arena… and of course the heads and torsos of dozens of persons carved in bone sculptures, all of them trying to avoid being drawn by a red sea made of flesh. As you get closer to them you realize each one has a face you’ve seen before in the mansion. Their arms extended in your direction, their mouths open in a silence yell that ask you for help. Or maybe they’re not asking for help at all. Maybe they’re just, as you thought before, inviting you… inviting you to stay and join them.

Lucius sure is proud of his little garden…graveyard? Not even he is sure about the topic, or maybe there’s no difference for him. Anyway, considering how proud he is it probably wouldn’t be a good idea breaking the delicate sculptures while fighting your opponent……. Or maybe you should? The first one breaking one of them will realize that a broken bone demands for bone retribution, and  the flesh from the ground will crawl through your skin to claim the price, joining your being, becoming one with your own flesh till it can reach your bones and surround them in a tight embrace. Have you ever felt something similar? Flesh going through your own, moving on it’s own inside your body, until it becomes part of you… and giving you more mass, more flesh, more muscles. You sure will get stronger. The new flesh melt in yours and the “unusual” feeling of the process is all what you have to endure for it. Well, that and getting a little slower if you keep going accumulating monstrous amounts of it.

How much are you prepared to sacrifice in order to be stronger and win…?

OOC:

For each sculpture you break you’ll gain 4 pounds of extra flesh, making you bigger and stronger. After the fight is done it will stay on your body for a while, losing 1 pound each day. Avod to break any sculptures, make your enemy break as many as possible making them pay the price, or break them yourself on purpose in order to get stronger… it’s up to you.
And no, magic won’t work on this arena. 



Betting

For the duration of this event, we will allow any and all people (participants or not) to bet up to 100 ligts on each match! Should they bet on the winning horse, they will ~double~ their investment! If not, well, your ligts looked better in our pockets anyways.

If you’d like to bet, simply comment below with the name of the character, the amount of ligts that character would like to bet, and on which competitor! You can bet on as many match-ups as you want, though, no double dipping!

And, before you ask, yes, competitors can bet on themselves.
